Q: What if I just want to try it first?
A: You can either stop by our retail store, or place a one-time order from the a la carte menu. Click on menu to add items to your cart, and checkout.
Q: Can you deliver to my work?
A: Of course! (Within our delivery range) View our map and pick-up locations here.
Q: What if I won’t be home for delivery?
A: Please leave a cooler with plenty of ice or frozen cold packs.
Q: What if I forget to leave a cooler?
A: A la carte orders will be taken to the nearest pickup location. Meal Plan customers will be charged for a cooler bag ($7)
Q: When will I receive my food?
A: A la carte orders placed by 12noon Tuesday are delivered Thursday (9am-4pm)
A la carte orders placed by 12noon Friday are delivered Monday (9am-4pm) Meal Plans are always delivered on Mondays (Deadline for meal selections is Friday at 12noon)
Q: If I’m picking up, how do I know when its delivered?
A: Store pick-up is always available when we open at 9am Mondays and Thursdays. All of our pick-up locations are delivered first thing in the morning. Please be sure to check business hours or class times before picking up. Some gyms close in the afternoons when classes are not going on)You should receive a text from the driver when its delivered.
Q: How to I get free delivery to a pickup location?
A: Please view our delivery/pickup page for a list of free pickup locations. You will choose from one of these locations at checkout.
Q: Does the menu change?
A: Yes, the menu changes every 2 weeks.
Q: What if I have a special request, like no broccoli?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate specific vegetable requests, unless medically necessary. Please email or call before ordering.
Q: Where can I find nutrition information/macros?
A: We have all nutrition information listed on the website, click on menu, then click on the item you'd like to view. Each item also has nutrition information on the label that it's packaged in.
Q: How long will my food last?
A: We recommend that you consume or freeze items within the following time frames: (born on date is listed on the label). seafood and egg meals within the first 2 days chicken meals within the first 3-4 days pork and beef within 5-6 days protein bars 7-10 days
Q: Can I freeze my meals?
A: Yes, the container is freezer safe, but we recommend you put them into a food saver or ziplock freezer bag first for better results with the fresh vegetables.
Q: How do I re-heat my meals?
A: All meals come in a BPA-free plastic, microwave safe container. Open the lid half way, and heat in the microwave for 2 minutes.
Q: Is there a commitment with the Meal Plans?
A: Yes, Meal Plans require a 4-week commitment. Early cancellation fees will be applied.
Q: After 30 days on a Meal Plan, does my plan keep going?
Yes, you would need to send an email to cancel your meal plan subscription. Please allow 2 business days before your next charge (Meal Plan charges occur on Fridays)
Q: I'm on a Meal Plan, and have to go out of town next week, what do I do?
A: You can log into your account and skip upcoming orders. Please make sure you do this BEFORE Friday (Meal Plan charges occur on Fridays)
Q: Can I choose my meals on my Meal Plan?
A: Yes, you will be prompted to make selections while signing up. All of your future orders will be saved according to your default selections made at signup. Please log into your account to edit default selections before Friday.
Q: I just signed up for a Meal Plan, how do I log into my account?
A: If you did not create an account before purchasing your meal plan, please check your email. The website sends a link to create your account.
Q: What if I forget to choose my meals?
A: Meal Plans are an automatic refill every Monday. If you do not make selections every week, your saved defaults will be prepared for you.
